Lori Sailey, CEO
Lori is a former business owner, having started and operated retail/wholesale bagel bakeries and restaurants. She created the vision with Sailey Partners and supports clients that need process efficiency improvements. Lori is also a registered nurse who has worked at hospitals and independently owned medical practices. Her main focus is managing company vision and supporting engagements in the healthcare/hospitality industries.
Rick Leibowitz, Managing Partner
Rick brings over 35 years of experience as an executive, having owned/operated 6 profitable business ventures in the hospitality industry. He has also served as Director of Small Business Development Centers in 7 different states, having helped hundreds of clients increase profitability, better manage cash flow, and address diverse challenges. Other experience includes work as a financial executive in government, non-profit, and private sectors. He specialized in helping those with limited financial experience better understand the stories in their financial statements.
